Setbasi is one of the oldest settlements, culture, and entertainment areas of Bursa. It interconnects Heykel, the central district with Yesil and Namazgah neighborhoods.

It is one of the vivid and busiest areas of Bursa with the Gokdere Stream passing through it, the Setbasi Bridge on Gokdere, which has the City Library and the old cinema building on both sides, the Irgandi Bridge, one of the few bridges with bazaars in the world, and many traditional shops, restaurants and cafes.
