"Culture Park" or with its official name "Resat Oyal Culture Park" is in Osmangazi district, between the Altiparmak, Cekirge, Kukurtlu neighborhoods and Ankara Street. The park was put into service in 1955 by Resat Oyal, the mayor of the time.

In the park, there is an open-air theatre, archaeological museum, funfair, municipal conservatory, artificial lake, running-bicycle and walking fields with a lot of cafes and restaurants. In the open-air theatre along with the traditional Bursa festival, theater plays and concerts are also staged.
